What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage an established Sydney territory with a strong customer base
  • Grow sales by building trusted relationships across trade customers
  • Partner with roofers, plumbers, builders and stores to drive results
  • Win new business, secure competitor accounts and maximise growth
  • Deliver solutions that add value and strengthen customer loyalty
  • Work with internal teams to influence outcomes and lift performance

What We’re Looking for

  • Experienced account manager who thrives in a fast‑paced, field‑based role
  • Strong relationship builder who can manage multiple stakeholders
  • Proven sales experience with confident negotiation skills
  • Professional communicator with solid MS Office and CRM skills
  • Experience or knowledge in construction, projects, or trade environments (desirable)
