Work in a multi-speed development environment and apply your performance and automation testing expertise to support various business units within DuluxGroup.

About the role

Reporting to the Test & Release Manager, this role is responsible for the planning and execution of performance & automation tests across numerous test/production landscape. You will work with various stakeholders (such as vendors, business stakeholders and internal IT squads) to realise your test objectives and ensure releases are effectively managed into production.

Your ability to work in multi-speed development environment will see you defining test objectives, scope, test data, test execution across appropriate initiatives and releases as you provide a robust, effective & efficient way to adhere to quality standards and enable a friction free speed to market delivery. Critical to your success in this role will be your ability to test sufficiency, effectiveness, efficiency, progress and product quality but not limited to manual testing.

Responsibilities

  • Test scenarios are created based on the requirements and Test Analysts, POs, BAs are engaged for validation
  • Ensure performance standards are met and maintained
  • Quality control processes are met for system, performance, data and configuration changes
  • Manage all test cases and defects in JIRA 
  • Ensure test results are shared, risks and issues are captured and defects are identified 

Skills & Experience  

  • Strong experience in Tricentis Neoload (essential)
  • Significant experience in performance and automation testing
  • Hands-on knowledge of SAP systems
  • Knowledge of test management tools such as JIRA X-Ray, Zephyr, TestRail
  • Knowledge of test automation tools such Leapwork (highly desirable) & SmartBear ReadyAPI. 
  • Strong experience in API & GraphQL Testing
