Your role:

Join Dulux Acratex as our next Field Supervisor, ensuring the smooth and safe delivery of cladding and render works across volume housing projects in Melbourne’s South East region.

In this dynamic, field-based role, you’ll manage a team of contractors, oversee day-to-day site operations, and ensure every project meets Dulux’s high standards for safety, quality, and efficiency. You’ll work closely with builders, Site Managers, and construction teams across multiple residential housing sites—keeping projects on track and ensuring compliance with OH&S requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate a team of renderers and contractors across multiple residential building sites in Melbourne’s South East.
  • Ensure all work meets Dulux quality standards and complies with OH&S requirements.
  • Liaise with builders, Site Managers, and construction teams to manage timelines and project progress.
  • Monitor on-site performance, address challenges, and implement solutions promptly.
  • Maintain accurate communication and documentation using TRAK and other job management systems.

Skills & Experience

  • Rendering experience is essential, with a solid understanding of rendering processes and quality standards.
  • Background in construction management, site supervision, or residential home building.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Confident computer skills and experience using email and job management systems (training provided if required).
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive, hands-on approach.
