What You’ll Be Doing: 

As Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll lead a large, multi-shift warehouse operation at our Maddington Distribution Centre, developing three Team Leaders and a team of 30 warehouse employees to deliver safe, efficient and high-performing operations. Supporting the largest SKU range in the DuluxGroup warehouse network and servicing multiple iconic brands including Dulux, Selleys, Yates, Fosroc, B&D and Lincoln Sentry, you'll drive productivity, workforce capability, safety and service excellence while fostering a positive team culture.  

Working closely with site leadership and the Performance Improvement Coordinator, you'll champion continuous improvement initiatives, strengthen team accountability, and help shape a warehouse environment where people are empowered to take ownership, grow their skills and contribute to ongoing operational success.

What We’re Looking for: 

  • An experienced people leader who can coach and coordinate warehouse operators and team leaders to achieve safety, service and productivity targets.  
  • Demonstrated experience managing stock and operational workflows within a large, complex warehousing or distribution environment.  
  • A safety-focused leader who takes personal ownership of compliance, inductions, training and continuous improvement initiatives.  
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with the flexibility to respond effectively to changing operational demands and shared-resource requirements.  
  • Confident communication, stakeholder management and systems capability, including proficiency with Microsoft applications and SAP.
