We’re looking for a high performing sales leader with strong FMCG experience and a track record of growing major grocery accounts to take ownership of the Woolworths & Big W portfolio, driving sales, profit, distribution, promotional strategy and new product success across key national accounts.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and execute account plans and contribute to broader channel plans aligned to business strategy, category drivers and market opportunities
- Deliver against key commercial targets across sales, profit, volume, share and NPD KPIs
- Manage the Woolworths & Big W budget plan, including revenue, volume and profit margin performance
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, including joint business growth plans and regular customer reviews
- Lead promotional planning and trade spend strategy to maximise sales and profitability
- Provide high-quality analysis, financial reporting and forecasting to support decision-making for both internal stakeholders and customers

What We’re Looking for
- Proven experience as a National Account Manager or National Business Manager within FMCG ideally with major grocery retailers
- Strong selling, negotiation and strategic customer management capability
- Experience managing customer portfolios across competitive categories
- Strong analytical capability, including working with data sources
- Experience using promotional program tools, with a sharp eye for sales performance, forecasting and commercial insights
- Excellent communication skills, strong commercial judgement, and the ability to influence across internal and external stakeholders
