Your opportunity
Work with the Marketing and Category teams to develop, execute, and optimise the digital marketing strategy for Lincoln Sentry whilst delivering on business and marketing objectives. In this role, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver on digital components of the marketing, brand, and category plans.
You will be tasked with uplifting the digital capability of the broader marketing team, improve the consideration and purchase of our brands through our trade customers, and deliver against our core business growth initiatives through digital programs and social channels. An emphasis on data-driven insight generation to inform decision making and maximise returns is key to success in this role.
Here’s what you’ll achieve here:
- Own and manage the websites and social media communication and content strategy channels
- Design, create and deploy integrated and measurable digital campaigns and optimisation programs, aligned to marketing objectives
- Managing the SEO/SEM performance marketing budget and relationship with agency
- Maximise opportunities with trade customers, suppliers and industry bodies to drive consideration, purchase and loyalty
- Analyse market behaviour, trends as well as gain a deep understanding of the customer & market segments and make recommendations to guide and improve digital marketing programs and strategies
- Ownership of website analytics, metrics and digital campaign insights to improve customer experience, engagement in digital content and lead generation
What you’ll bring
- Bachelors Marketing Degree and a minimum 3 years’ experience in a digital marketing role (preferably B2B)
- Proven experience in developing and implementing multi-brand, multi-channel digital marketing strategies
- Experience operating Google Analytics and operating an email/SMS marketing tool
- Knowledge of design, UX and online content
- Previous experience with website content management systems
- Solid understanding of social media management
- Ability to analyse raw data and produce useful insights that will drive business decision making
