Your role

We have a unique opportunity for an experience Document Controller to join our Supply Chain team on a 2 year fixed term contract and support with the upcoming construction of a world-class facility in (Padstow) South-West Sydney.

Reporting to the Project Manager, this is a pivotal role for a major project, ensuring the smooth flow of documentation and supporting project success from start to finish.

As a Document Controller, you’ll be the backbone of our document management process, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and version control across all project documentation. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain project integrity and compliance with industry standards.

This Part-time role offers flexibility to work 22.8 hours across 3 full days or 5 shorter days per week and you must be available to work on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays onsite at our offices in Padstow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and track project documents including drawings, specifications, reports, and correspondence
  • Maintain version control and ensure timely reviews and approvals
  • Use systems like Procore to manage document registers and databases
  • Support communication between project teams, stakeholders, and subcontractors
  • Take meeting minutes and assist with tracking deliverables
  • Ensure quality and compliance with company standards

Skills & Experience

  • 5–10 years of administration experience in a construction environment
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document control systems (Procore preferred)
  • Understanding of construction drawings and industry standards
