What You’ll Be Doing:
In this 6 month, part time 2 day per week fixed term role you will report to the End User and Field Services Lead, you will play a critical role in keeping DuluxGroup’s NSW sites operational, resilient and future ready. You will own the day-to-day performance of communications room environments, ensuring site uptime, business continuity and safe, well governed infrastructure services.
Working collaboratively with internal teams and trusted partners, you will bring a pragmatic, improvement focused mindset to asset lifecycle management, vendor coordination and service optimisation. This is a hands-on role where your expertise directly empowers teams to run their sites with confidence, reliability and accountability.

What We’re Looking for:
- Experienced in supporting enterprise IT infrastructure, ideally with 2 or more years in a technical or field services role focused on uptime and continuity.
- Comfortable owning communications room operations, including power, cooling, access control, asset management and vendor coordination.
- A strong problem solver who can manage incidents, changes and requests through ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow, while meeting SLAs and KPIs
- Financially and commercially aware, able to manage costs, assess proposals and contribute to budgeting and reporting with a business owner mindset.
- People centric and collaborative, bringing a safety-first approach, strong communication skills and a passion for continuous improvement and modernisation.
- Please note you will need to have a valid driver’s licence and your own car to be able to drive between our sites, as required.
