What You’ll Be Doing: 

As Commercial Finance Manager for Acratex, this role is a strategic partner to the General Manager and leadership team, owning the full P&L and shaping commercial decision making across a complex, multi-channel business. You will drive sustainable growth by delivering insightful analysis, guiding strategy, and challenging assumptions, while empowering leaders to run the business as if it were their own.

With a strong people focus, this role also plays a key part in building finance capability, improving processes, and fostering a high performance, continuous improvement culture within Dulux Paints and Coatings.

What We’re Looking for: 

• A commercially astute finance professional with deep understanding of revenue, margin, cost drivers and full P&L ownership in a complex environment
• A trusted business partner who can influence, challenge and communicate clearly with senior leaders and non-finance stakeholders
• A qualified CPA or CA with significant experience in commercial finance and performance analysis roles
• A proactive leader who enjoys developing people, strengthening culture and driving continuous improvement across finance processes
• A strong problem solver with advanced analytical capability, financial modelling skills and confidence using tools such as SAP, TM1, Excel or Power BI
