What You’ll Be Doing:

We currently have two opportunities available; one located in Bayswater and the other in Mickleham. In these role, you'll partner closely with site leaders and frontline teams to champion safety and sustainability across our operations, identifying risks, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and delivering practical solutions that enhance safety, environmental performance, and compliance.

As a trusted subject matter expert, you'll provide technical safety and sustainability guidance, lead risk management and incident investigation activities, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Working as part of a collaborative national Safety & Sustainability network, you'll influence positive change through coaching, stakeholder engagement, training, and the delivery of key programs across occupational hygiene, hazardous chemicals, health monitoring, and site improvement projects.

What We’re Looking for:

  • Proven Safety & Sustainability advisory experience within a manufacturing, operational or industrial environment, with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong risk management, investigation and problem-solving capability, with experience facilitating practical improvement initiatives and root cause analysis.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, capable of building trusted relationships across all levels of the organisation.
  • A proactive and hands-on professional who enjoys being on the floor, identifying opportunities, driving action and delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Qualifications in WHS (Cert IV or equivalent) and a genuine commitment to safety, sustainability, continuous improvement and helping others succeed.
