What You’ll Be Doing:
Drive the growth and equity of Dulux Trade brands through strategic marketing leadership. This 12 month fixed-term role manages the development and execution of profitable trade portfolio strategies, ensuring brands are clearly represented, communicated effectively, and launched on time. You’ll shape both short and long-term plans informed by customer insights, market trends, and business priorities to deliver competitive advantage.
As the key interface between brand, customer, and marketplace, you’ll lead new product development, optimise the portfolio, and deliver impactful brand activation in-store. With responsibility for budgets, stakeholder engagement, and creative customer solutions, this role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution to strengthen partnerships and drive trade market share.

What We’re Looking for:
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, or Commerce (STEM background advantageous).
- Previous experience in product or brand management, ideally in paints, FMCG, or hardware.
- Proven ability to manage brand and product portfolios and deliver growth through innovation.
- Experience with stage-and-gate processes and cross-functional project delivery.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and the ability to balance multiple priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and collaboration skills within a legacy brand environment.
- Sound understanding of marketing principles, financial management, and distribution networks.
