What You’ll Be Doing
As the Consumer Communications Manager, you will play a crucial role in planning and implementing communications strategies that align with the ever-changing needs of our customers. You will be responsible for interpreting customer behaviour, utilizing data from various sources to provide valuable and actionable market insights. Your ownership of brand and consumer activity plans will be instrumental in driving sales and profitability while increasing brand salience. You will cultivate partnerships to maximize our brand's reach.
In this role, you will work with our agency village and internal stakeholders to ensure our brands are top-of-mind, growing preference, and ultimately increasing conversion rates for Dulux New Zealand. You will take strong ownership of the messages that consumers and resellers receive across our brand portfolio, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.

What we're looking for
To be successful in this role you will ideally have:
- Bachelor Degree, ideally in Business Management / Marketing
- A creative mindset!
- Proven track record in managing projects and use of project management tools
- Proven track record to develop communications activities with sound business acumen
- Experience in communications, external agency management and delivery
- Successful track record of delivering commercial outcomes
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
- Intermediate (or higher) understanding / skill in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other MS Office Applications
- Growth mindset, driver of new / improved systems and processes
