What You’ll Be Doing
Join a well-established manufacturing leader where you’ll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly. This is a hands-on, dual-function role (65% dispatch / 35% maintenance admin support) suited to someone highly organised, detail-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
You’ll coordinate daily dispatch operations, ensuring products are delivered accurately and on time, while also supporting the maintenance team with essential administrative tasks to keep the site running efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily dispatch schedules and manifests, ensuring accurate and on-time delivery
- Liaise with transport providers, warehouse teams, and stakeholders to manage workflow and resolve issues
- Manage customer enquiries, inbox, calls, and maintain accurate records and reporting
- Support maintenance administration including work order tracking, scheduling, and parts coordination

What We’re Looking for
- Previous experience in an administration-focused role
- Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or warehouse environments (advantageous)
- Exposure to dispatch or coordination work is highly regarded
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident communicator across phone, email, and stakeholders
- Comfortable learning new systems and working in a fast-paced environment
