What You’ll Be Doing:
We’re seeking a strategic, results‑driven Commercial Account Manager for SA to accelerate growth in the Commercial Repaint & Remedial market, partnering with national accounts, corporate clients and asset owners across sectors including health, education, aged care, industrial and multi‑residential. Acting as a trusted advisor, you’ll blend sales leadership, technical expertise, marketing insight and commercial strategy to deliver tailored, high‑value solutions, working closely with Dulux Trade Sales to convert specifications into long‑term customer success and sustained brand growth.

What We’re Looking for:
- Degree qualified highly desirable
- Proven success in business development and account management at a national or state level.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
- Commercial acumen and technical knowledge in coatings, construction, or property.
- Confidence using CRM systems and business planning tools.
- High IT literacy and the ability to thrive in a high-performance, collaborative team.
