We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced In-Home Care Revenue Team Leader to join our team.

The Role:

Reporting to the General Manager – Finance & Investments, you will lead the revenue and accounts receivable functions for our In-Home Care program, ensuring accurate billing, reporting and compliance with aged care and home care funding requirements.

You will oversee financial processes, support month-end reporting, drive continuous process improvements and lead a small team while working collaboratively across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the In-Home Care revenue and accounts receivable function.
  • Ensure timely and accurate client billing and revenue reconciliation.
  • Prepare month-end reporting and reconciliations.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and data integrity across financial systems.
  • Oversee financial data management across AlayaCare and AirDocs.
  • Assist with annual budgets, forecasting and year-end audit processes.
  • Monitor compliance with the Support at Home Program, CHSP and Aged Care legislation.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and financial controls.
  • Provide financial analysis and reporting to support operational decision-making.
  • Lead, mentor and support the Accounts Receivable Team.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients and external service providers.

Skills & Capabilities

  • CPA or CA qualification.
  • Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Commerce or Finance.
  • Demonstrated experience in a senior finance, revenue or management accounting role.
  • Previous experience within In- home aged care, health or community services.
  • Sound understanding of the Support at Home Program, commonwealth home support programme and Aged Care legislation.
  • Strong knowledge of reporting, reconciliations and accounting controls.
  • Experience using client management systems (e.g. AlayaCare) or similar platforms will be highly regarded.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong capability across the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to coach and develop team members.
  • Excellent customer service focus with strong problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution skills.
