We’re looking for an experienced and purpose-driven Marketing Manager to lead brand, marketing, and communication initiatives at Doutta Galla Aged Services.
This is a unique opportunity to shape how we connect with our communities during a time of significant transformation in the aged care sector.
About the Role
In this role, you will lead an integrated brand, marketing, and communication strategy that supports our mission, strengthens our reputation, supports our growth, and enhances engagement with residents, families, staff, and the wider community.
You’ll play a key role in translating strategic priorities and sector reforms into meaningful, accessible, and impactful communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and implement a contemporary, integrated brand, marketing and communication strategy aligned with organisational goals and aged care reforms
- Strengthen and grow brand presence across digital, print, media, and community channels
- Develop engaging, inclusive, and accessible content for diverse audiences
- Plan and deliver innovative multi-channel campaigns to promote services and increase awareness
- Drive internal communications strategies, reinforcing purpose, values, and a new Employee Value Proposition (EVP)
- Establish and track performance metrics to measure brand impact, engagement, and trust
- Manage external agencies and consultants to support campaign delivery
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including executive leaders and frontline teams
About You
You’re a strategic thinker who can also roll up your sleeves and deliver. You’re confident translating complexity into clear messaging and thrive in purpose-led environments.
You will bring:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, or business (a postgraduate degree is highly regarded)
- Proven experience in marketing, communications, or PR roles with hands-on delivery
- Strong ability to translate complex information into compelling content
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills across multiple channels
- Highly developed stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
- Experience working with diverse audiences and community groups
- Understanding of aged care, health, or regulated sectors (desirable but not essential)
- Experience in internal communications and employee engagement
