Doutta Galla Aged Services is a leading not‑for‑profit provider of Residential and In Home Aged Care Services. We are seeking an experienced Revenue Management Accountant – Team Leader to join our Finance & Investments team and play a pivotal role in ensuring sustainable, compliant, and high‑quality revenue outcomes across our services.

Reporting to the General Manager, Finance and Investments, this role is ideal for a technically strong finance professional with deep understanding of the Australian National Aged Care Classification (AN‑ACC) funding model. To be successful in this role you will closely partner with key operational stakeholders.

About the Role

As the Revenue Management Accountant – Team Leader, you will:

  • Lead end‑to‑end revenue management across Residential Aged Care and In Home Care services
  • Act as the subject matter expert for Australian National Aged Care Classification (AN‑ACC) revenue
  • Provide strategic revenue insights, reporting, and analysis to support management decision‑making
  • Oversee revenue integrity, internal controls and compliance
  • Lead and support the Residential Revenue Officer/s
  • Contribute to revenue growth strategies for In Home Care, including preparation for the Support at Home Program
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, regulators, auditors, and external agencies

This is a hands‑on leadership role combining compliance, analytics, systems expertise and revenue management.

About You

You are a proactive and collaborative finance leader who brings:

  • Postgraduate qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • CPA or CA qualification (or working towards)
  • Strong experience in AN‑ACC revenue and residential billing environments
  • Experience in financial accounting or reporting within a medium to large organisation
  • Proven experience using large financial systems, ideally Epicor
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • A strong understanding of internal controls, revenue recognition, and compliance in regulated environments
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia and eligibility to work in Aged Care
