As Doltone House continues to grow, we’re looking for a motivated and experienced Event Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to build meaningful client relationships, represent a premium brand and turn enquiries into memorable experiences. Your main responsibilities:

  • Manage the venue’s sales pipeline and work to achieve monthly sales targets and objectives.
  • Conduct venue tours for prospective clients and address their needs leading up to the event.
  • Manage corporate and special event enquiries from new and existing clients via phone, email, on-site and off-site visits.
  • Develop initial event proposals and generate sales contracts for client approval.
  • Provide timely follow-up with detailed information and quotations on the same day of enquiry.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating trade shows and internal events, representing Doltone House with professionalism and expertise.
  • Support events on-site, manage bookings through CRM, handle invoicing and maintain accurate client records.
  • Collaborate closely with the Events team to ensure seamless execution and attention to client requirements.

What we are looking for!

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in the event or hospitality industry, excelling in fast-paced, high-volume sales environments.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Skilled in preparing client proposals, managing budgets and drafting contracts.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality results that exceed expectations.
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with confidence and influence.
  • Passionate about providing exceptional customer experiences.
