Your main responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end planning, design and execution of luxury weddings — including complex multicultural and ethnic celebrations — ensuring every detail aligns with Doltone House’s elevated brand standards
- Lead menu consultations and coordinate detailed run sheets, ensuring seamless communication and alignment between operational and culinary teams
- Liaise with suppliers to coordinate all booking details and oversee the logistics of bump-in and bump-out
- Partner closely with clients to ensure a seamless, well-managed planning process that delivers an exceptional experience and a flawlessly executed event
- Welcome clients on the event day, introduce the Operations team as needed, and seamlessly coordinate any final adjustments with clients, Operations, and Culinary teams
- Attend showcases and events as required, representing the Doltone House brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Some weekend work is required with a day off during the week

Your experience:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a wedding’s events coordinator is essential
- Outstanding customer service skills and a genuine guest-centered approach, with a commitment to delivering high-quality experiences
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Proven ability to perform effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management and administration skills
- Knowledge of Momentus Technologies is an advantage (but not essential)
