An exciting entry-level opportunity has become available for a Sales Administrator to join Doltone House. This role is ideal for a recent Events Management or Hospitality graduate looking to start their career in a fast-paced, premium events environment. You will gain hands-on experience supporting sales operations while working alongside industry professionals. If you’re organised, motivated, and passionate about events, this is the perfect place to grow.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Prepare and generate sales proposals and client contracts
  • Create and issue invoices in a timely and accurate manner
  • Assist with the preparation of event confirmation documents for clients
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team across multiple venues
  • Maintain accurate client and event records within internal systems
  • Assist in the planning, preparation and coordination of trade shows
  • Support the organisation of internal events as required
  • Represent Doltone House professionally at events when required

Your attributes:

  • Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and basic administrative systems
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively and build productive relationships.
  • Passionate about providing exceptional customer experiences.

Your experience:

  • Tertiary qualification or recent studies in Events, Hospitality, Business or a related field is an advantage
  • Previous experience in customer service, administration or hospitality is an advantage
  • Positive, can-do attitude with a strong willingness to learn and take initiative
  • Professional approach with a genuine interest in delivering excellent client service
  • Reliable, adaptable and able to work collaboratively as part of a team
