Doltone House is expanding and we are seeking a passionate and experienced Event Manager to join our award-winning, high-energy team.

Your main responsibilities:
- Manage and execute a variety of high-quality events including weddings, corporate events, multi day exhibitions, gala dinners and social events ensuring every detail aligns with Doltone House’s elevated brand standards
- Act as the principal liaison for clients post-contract, delivering professional advice and ongoing support to facilitate the successful execution of events
- Ensure accurate entry of all event-related charges and timely distribution of client invoices
- Supporting the corporate and weddings sales team with event related enquiries
- Training of new staff members within the events team when required
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure every event is delivered seamlessly
- Welcome clients on the event day, introduce the operations team as needed, and seamlessly coordinate any final adjustments with clients, operations and culinary teams
- Attend showcases and events as required, representing the Doltone House brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
- This role includes some weekend work, with a rostered day off during the week
Your experience:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as an events coordinator or event manager
- Outstanding customer service skills and a genuine guest-centered approach, with a commitment to delivering high-quality experiences
- Exceptional attention to detail is essential
- Proven ability to perform effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management and administration skills
- Knowledge of Momentus Technologies is an advantage (but not essential)
