Food and Beverage Attendant

Your responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional approach.
• Assist in setting up events spaces.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring compliance with RSA guidelines.
• Support the team during events by anticipating guest needs and responding promptly.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, presentation and safety at all times.

About You:

• Previous experience as F&B Attendant or in customer service is an advantage however not essential – we can train you on the job!
• A valid RSA card (Responsible Service of Alcohol) is essential.
• Demonstrated attention to detail with a strong commitment to upholding high presentation and service standards.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professionalism and a polished, client-focused approach.
• Please note due to the nature of this position, weekend and evening work is required.
