Event Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Event Coordinator to join the talented Events Team at Doltone House.

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Your main responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end planning, design and execution of events ensuring every detail aligns with Doltone House’s elevated brand standards
• Lead menu consultations and coordinate detailed run sheets, ensuring seamless communication and alignment between operational and culinary teams
• Liaise with suppliers to coordinate all booking details and oversee the logistics of bump-in and bump-out
• Partner closely with clients to ensure a seamless, well-managed planning process that delivers an exceptional experience and a flawlessly executed event
• Welcome clients on the event day, introduce the operations team as needed, and seamlessly coordinate any final adjustments with clients, operations and culinary teams
• Attend showcases and events as required, representing the Doltone House brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Some weekend work is required with a day off during the week

Your experience:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as an events coordinator is essential
• Outstanding customer service skills with a commitment to delivering high-quality experiences
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Proven commitment to delivering consistently high-quality outcomes that exceed expectations
• Exceptional administration skills including written skills, attention to detail and organisation
• Proven ability to perform effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Excellent time management and administration skills
• Knowledge of Momentus Technologies is an advantage (but not essential)
