Doltone Hospitality Group is proudly the catering partner for The Scots College. We are seeking motivated, experienced and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Attendants to support the smooth operation of the school’s dining and event services. This hands-on role involves assisting with daily meal services, events and functions while maintaining high standards of presentation, hygiene and customer service to deliver a consistently professional, high-quality experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with food and beverage service across daily meals, boarding dining and school events.
  • Support the setup and pack-down of dining and event spaces to a high standard.
  • Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness, hygiene and food safety at all times.
  • Deliver friendly, professional service in line with The Scots College and Doltone Hospitality Group standards.
  • Work as part of a team to ensure smooth, efficient food and beverage operations.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, presentation and safety at all times.

 

Your attributes:

  • Highly organised, able to work efficiently, adapt and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Committed to maintaining high standards of food quality, service and hygiene.
  • Reliable, team-oriented and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation

Your experience:

  • Previous experience as F&B Attendant or in hospitality is an advantage.
  • Working with Children Check is essential.
  • A valid RSA card (Responsible Service of Alcohol) is essential.
  • Barista skills preferred but not essential.

Please note: This position operates during the school term only. There is no requirement to work during school holiday periods, which are unpaid, offering an excellent work–life balance aligned with the academic calendar.
