As the Art Director, you will play a pivotal role in defining and elevating Doltone Hospitality Group brand presence across all venues and retail experiences. This is a unique opportunity to lead the creative vison at group level – shaping marketing strategy, launching new destinations, delivering standout campaigns and crafting exceptional, memorable experience for our audiences. You will be the at forefront of maintaining the brand’s premium standards while pushing creative boundaries across all touchpoints.
Your Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary creative team, fostering collaboration, innovation and professional growth.
• Develop and execute creative strategies that strengthen brand identity and drive engagement across all marketing channels.
• Oversee the design and production of digital, print and multimedia assets, ensuring consistent, high-quality brand expression.
• Mentor and guide internal designers and external partners, providing creative direction and feedback.
• Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales
• and events teams to align creative direction with business objectives.
• Present campaign concepts and creative strategies to senior leadership, clearly articulating the vision and impact.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to continually elevate creative output.
• Streamline creative workflows and processes to enhance efficiency and optimise resources.
Your skills and experience:
• 5+ years’ experience in retail, precinct, hospitality, or lifestyle brand marketing.
• Demonstrated ability to set clear strategy and deliver high-quality, hands-on execution.
• Experience managing complex, multi-venue or multi-brand portfolios.
• Strong commercial acumen, with a passion for creating standout customer experiences.
• Highly collaborative, with proven ability to influence and manage tenants, internal teams, and external partners.
• Organised, adaptable, and confident managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong storytelling, visual, and brand-building capability across channels.
