Doltone House Group in expanding and we are searching for a for a dynamic, strategic and creative Head of Marketing – Events to lead the marketing strategy for our diverse events portfolio. This includes weddings, corporate functions, conferences, social celebrations, tourism programs, and exciting new hospitality experiences.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of the marketing strategy for the Events pillar, aligned with DHG’s brand vision and commercial objectives.
- Strengthen and evolve Doltone House’s brand positioning across weddings, corporate and social celebrations.
- Partner with the GM of Marketing to provide strategic insights, recommendations, and updates for board reporting.
- Drive end-to-end marketing campaigns across B2B, B2C, weddings, corporate, social and seasonal events.
- Oversee creative direction, content strategy, social media, and asset production to deliver compelling event marketing initiatives.
- Champion storytelling and brand consistency across digital, web, social, print, and experiential channels.
- Collaborate with the Head of Digital to optimise paid media, organic content, email, website performance, and data-driven campaigns.
- Lead marketing for marquee events, showcases, product launches, and high-profile celebrations, amplifying the brand through PR and influencer initiatives.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing marketing and creative team, managing agency partners to ensure innovation and quality.
- Work closely with Sales, Operations, Culinary, and Executive leadership to deliver cohesive campaigns that drive commercial results and exceptional customer experiences.
Your skills and experience:
- Extensive experience: 7+ years in senior marketing roles, preferably within events, hospitality, tourism, or consumer lifestyle sectors.
- Proven leadership: A strong track record of leading teams and navigating complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Marketing expertise: Deep knowledge across campaign development, content strategy, digital marketing, and brand management.
- Results-driven approach: Demonstrated success in delivering high-impact B2B and B2C marketing campaigns.
- Outstanding communication skills: Exceptional storytelling and stakeholder management abilities.
- Creative vision: The ability to translate strategy into compelling, engaging marketing initiatives.
- Innovative mindset: Proactive, forward-thinking, and committed to continuous improvement and accountability.
