About the Role
As Assistant Park Manager, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the park and support the Park Manager in leading operations, people and guest experience. You’ll be hands-on, proactive, and ready to step up when needed.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing daily park operations and after-hours callouts
- Managing guest reservations, check-ins, and accounts
- Supporting the budgeting process and maximising revenue
- Delivering an exceptional guest experience
- Assisting with team supervision, training and rostering
- Contributing to local area marketing and guest engagement initiatives
About You
We’re looking for someone confident, capable and ready to be a key part of the leadership team. You’ll bring energy, professionalism and a strong customer-first approach.
You’ll have:
- Previous experience in accommodation or hospitality management
- Leadership skills with a passion for supporting and developing others
- Financial acumen and the ability to manage budgets
- Strong systems experience — ideally with RMS or similar
- Excellent communication and a hands-on attitude
- Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays and be on-call after hours
