The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic, professional, and experienced Front Office Supervisor to join our team in Onslow, WA. In this leadership role, you will oversee daily front office operations, support and mentor a diverse team, and ensure a seamless guest experience.
This is a full-time, fixed-term position covering maternity leave from late March 2026 until early January 2027.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- 2 years' experience managing a diverse team to achieve high guest satisfaction and meet business objectives
- A proven background working in a high-volume, customer-facing service environment with high quality standards
- A flexible attitude to work roster including weekends and public holidays
- Great understanding of financial reporting
- Experience using RMS preferred
- Current drivers licence essential
