The Opportunity
We’re looking for casual relief chefs to join our team and support 12 kitchens across Queensland’s remote and regional construction and mining workstay properties.
You’ll be cooking for 100–200 people per site, delivering high-quality meals in fast-paced environments that keep Australia’s workforce going strong.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Prepare and cook a variety of meals to high standards
- Cater for breakfast, lunch, and dinner services
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised kitchen
- Deliver excellent service to staff and guests
- Adapt to different kitchen setups while ensuring consistency

What You’ll Need
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent experience)
- Food Safety Certificate
- First Aid Certificate
- Driver’s Licence
- Experience in high-volume catering, ideally in remote or site-based kitchens
- Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
