About the Role
As Village Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day operation and overall performance of the village. Leading a multi-disciplinary team, you will be responsible for driving operational standards, building strong client relationships and ensuring the village delivers exceptional service outcomes.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Leading all day-to-day village operations
- Managing accommodation, housekeeping, maintenance and food & beverage functions
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate stakeholders and clients
- Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing team
- Managing budgets, reporting and operational performance
- Ensuring compliance with safety, quality and company standards
- Maintaining presentation standards across the entire property
- Participating in an on-call management roster
About You
You are an experienced operational leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys balancing people leadership with commercial outcomes.
You will bring:
- Experience managing accommodation villages, workforce accommodation, resorts, hotels or similar operations
- Strong stakeholder and client relationship management skills
- Demonstrated leadership experience across diverse operational teams
- Commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and performance outcomes
Before receiving a job offer, candidates must consent to a Federal Police Clearance for criminal records. Additionally, a valid Working with Children's Check specific to the state is required.
This role may require heavy lifting (up to 20kg), kneeling, squatting, and working with chemicals and machinery.
