About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Duty Manager – Food and Beverage to join our resort team. In this key leadership role, you will oversee the daily operations of our food and beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional service standards, smooth coordination between staff, and a memorable experience for our guests. This role is ideal for someone passionate about hospitality management and delivering quality guest service in a vibrant resort environment.
About You
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- Proven experience in food and beverage operations, preferably in a resort or hospitality setting
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to oversee daily operations, staff rostering, and stock control
- Hands-on approach with the ability to work alongside your team during busy periods
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification, or willingness to obtain
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work varied hours including weekends and public holidays
- A current valid driver’s licence is essential
