The Role

We are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Team Leader to support day‑to‑day operations across our venues and tours during the peak season. Reporting to the F&B Manager, you’ll play a hands‑on leadership role, supporting seasonal teams to deliver memorable guest experiences in fast‑paced and unique environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate day‑to‑day food and beverage service across venues and tours
  • Support, guide and motivate seasonal hospitality teams
  • Maintain high standards of service, food safety and RSA compliance
  • Assist with training and onboarding of new team members
  • Deliver professional, friendly guest service in high‑volume environments
  • Provide onboard food and beverage service on vessels as required

About You

  • Previous experience as a Food & Beverage Team Leader, Supervisor or senior FOH professional
  • Confident leading teams and stepping up during busy service periods
  • Comfortable working in remote and seasonal environments
  • Strong communication skills with a calm, practical leadership style
  • Current Food Safety Supervisor and RSA (or willingness to obtain)
  • Comfortable working on boats and around water

This is a remote role, where you will be living and working at El Questro. As such, please consider the reality of living in a remote location for an extended period of time. This role includes extensive manual handling tasks including lifting up to 20kg kneeling and squatting, as well as handling chemicals and utilising machinery
