The Role
In this role you will be assisting alongside our Chefs providing an efficient and cost-effective food service, with the smooth day-to-day operation in one of our Commercial Kitchens, consisting of a rotating roster over breakfast, lunch & dinner, with consistent superior guest focus at the forefront of all activities. You will assist with the CDPs, Sous and Head Chef to produce an unforgettable dining experience.
In your role will ensure the kitchen complies with sanitation regulations and safety standards while controlling and food preparation. You will foster a climate of cooperation and respect within the team while maintaining consistent superior guest focus at the forefront of all activities. You will cook dishes that will delight our customers with their taste and timely delivery.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience as a Cook
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven ability to work within a team and autonomously

This role includes extensive manual handling tasks including lifting up to 20kg kneeling and squatting, as well as handling chemicals and utilising machinery
