As a Visitors Centre Officer, you’ll be the friendly face guests meet when they arrive at Wilpena. You’ll share local knowledge, help people plan their stay, and make sure every visitor leaves with a great impression of Adnyamathanha Country.
What you’ll be doing
- Welcoming guests and assisting with check-ins and enquiries
- Sharing information about the park, resort and local attractions
- Processing payments and POS transactions
- Supporting campground and visitor centre operations
- Creating warm, memorable guest experiences every day
What we are looking for
- A friendly, reliable person who enjoys helping others
- Confidence speaking with visitors face-to-face and over the phone
- Willingness to learn (no experience required — full training provided)
