The Role
We’re on the lookout for an experienced and energetic Activities Manager to lead the charge at El Questro, one of Australia’s most spectacular outback resorts. From guided gorge hikes and scenic helicopter tours to 4WD adventures and natural thermal springs, this role is all about delivering moments our guests will never forget.
Duties
- Leading the Activities & Tours team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Overseeing scheduling, planning, and daily operations of all tours and activities
- Training and mentoring staff to uphold safety and service standards
- Coordinating logistics for tour bookings, equipment, and vehicles
- Managing customer feedback, complaints, and ensuring guest satisfaction
Skills & Experience
- Proven leadership experience in tourism, outdoor recreation, or resort environments
- Strong people management skills and a genuine passion for creating memorable experiences
- Ability to think on your feet and adapt quickly in a remote setting
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Manual Driver’s Licence essential; First Aid and 4WD experience highly desirable

This is a remote role, where you will be living and working at El Questro. As such, please consider the reality of living in a remote location for an extended period of time. This role includes extensive manual handling tasks including lifting up to 20kg kneeling and squatting, as well as handling chemicals and utilising machinery
