The Role

Live and work in one of Tasmania’s most iconic natural settings. We’re looking for a proactive and guest-focused Front Office Supervisor to support our front desk operations and help deliver exceptional service at Cradle Mountain Resort.

This is a unique opportunity to grow your hospitality career in a remote, breathtaking location while contributing to memorable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily front office operations, ensuring smooth check-ins, check-outs, and reservations via RMS
  • Assist in training and guiding front office staff
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to maintain operational flow
  • Provide guests with local insights and resort information
  • Foster positive relationships with guests and team members
  • Participate in a rotating 7-day roster

What we look for

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • A warm, guest-first attitude with strong communication skills
  • Previous experience in hospitality or front office roles
  • Familiarity with RMS or similar booking systems
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Willingness to live and work in a remote location
  • Valid driver’s licence
