The Role
We are seeking an organised and proactive Maintenance Coordinator to support maintenance operations across the El Questro estate.
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you’ll coordinate planned and reactive maintenance, manage job allocation, track work orders, liaise with contractors and internal stakeholders, and help ensure assets, infrastructure and facilities are maintained to a high standard across multiple sites.
This is a coordination-focused role with a strong administrative and operational backbone, suited to someone who understands maintenance workflows and thrives in complex, remote environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily maintenance requests and work orders across ELQ sites
- Schedule and prioritise preventative and reactive maintenance
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers and internal teams
- Track maintenance jobs, completion status and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate records, compliance documentation and reporting
- Support asset management and maintenance planning
- Assist the Maintenance Manager with operational coordination
About You
- Experience in a maintenance coordination, facilities, trades admin or similar role
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Confident communicator with multiple stakeholders
- Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment
- Proficient in maintenance systems, CMMS or job tracking tools (or willing to learn)
- Trade background or facilities experience highly regarded (but not essential)
