The Role

We’re looking for a hands-on, energetic Activities Coordinator to join our team at El Questro – a unique and remote destination in the heart of the Kimberley. If you’re passionate about the outdoors and love sharing that with others, this is your chance to be part of something special.

Duties

  • Supporting the delivery of tours, hikes, and daily guest activities
  • Assisting with bookings, scheduling, and guest check-ins for experiences
  • Preparing gear, vehicles, and equipment for daily operations
  • Providing friendly, informative, and safe experiences for all guests
  • Working closely with the Activities Manager and wider team to maintain high standards

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in tourism, recreation, or hospitality
  • A positive attitude and confidence interacting with guests from all walks of life
  • Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in a remote environment
  • Great communication and time management skills
  • Manual Driver’s Licence essential; First Aid & 4WD experience a plus

This is a remote role, where you will be living and working at El Questro. As such, please consider the reality of living in a remote location for an extended period of time. This role includes extensive manual handling tasks including lifting up to 20kg kneeling and squatting, as well as handling chemicals and utilising machinery
