The Role

- We’re looking for a Coxswain to lead boating and gorge tours at El Questro, our legendary outback station in the heart of the Kimberley. This is a seasonal, full-time position for someone with a genuine love of the outdoors and natural storytelling ability.
Skills & Experience
- A current Coxswain Grade 1 NC licence
- WA PTD authorisation
- An engaging, approachable personality
- Solid safety awareness and boat handling experience
- A genuine respect for the land and culture you’ll be showcasing

This is a remote role, where you will be living and working at El Questro. As such, please consider the reality of living in a remote location for an extended period of time. This role includes extensive manual handling tasks including lifting up to 20kg kneeling and squatting, as well as handling chemicals and utilising machinery
