Mount Surprise

Duties
- Leadership & Team Management: Lead and inspire a diverse team of approximately 80 staff during peak season, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Food & Beverage Oversight: Ensure the delivery of high-quality dining experiences, managing multiple F&B outlets, including the renowned "Under a Desert Moon" dining experience.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee daily resort operations, ensuring seamless coordination between departments to maintain exceptional service standards.
- Financial Management: Assist the General Manager in budgeting, forecasting, and maximizing departmental profits.
- Guest Experience: Be the face of the resort, welcoming guests and ensuring their expectations are not only met but exceeded.
Skills & Experience
- Hospitality Expertise: Proven experience in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a remote or resort setting.
- F&B Proficiency: Strong background in managing Food & Beverage operations, with a focus on delivering exceptional dining experiences.
- Guest-Centric Approach: A passion for delivering outstanding guest service and creating memorable experiences.
- Leadership Acumen: Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
- Operational Savvy: Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using hospitality systems—RMS or similar property management systems —to oversee bookings, operations, and reporting effectively.
This is a remote role, where you will be living and working at Mount Surprise. As such, please consider the reality of living in a remote location for an extended period of time.
