The Role
We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Grounds & Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will assist with leading the Grounds and Maintenance team taking care of repairs and maintenance to facilities, grounds maintenance, some renovation work and irrigation and waste management.
Skills & Experience
We’re on the lookout for a hands-on, practical, solutions-focused Grounds & Maintenance Supervisor — someone who loves keeping things running smoothly and looking their best.
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you’ll help lead our Grounds & Maintenance team and roll up your sleeves on:
- Repairs and maintenance across the park
- Groundskeeping and gardening (your happy place)
- Renovation projects
- Irrigation and waste management
- Creating a park environment guests love coming back to
- If you’re the type who notices when something’s slightly off-level or who gets joy from a freshly mowed lawn — you’ll fit right in.
