The Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Retail Manager to lead our retail operations and drive the success of our General Store/Petrol Station. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in retail management, a strong understanding of customer service, and the ability to lead and inspire a team.

Some of your responsibilities include:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the store.
• Lead the small retail team.
• Manage inventory levels and merchandise displays.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service
• Monitor and analyze sales performance data
• Maximize profitability through effective financial management.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Retail Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Highly developed guest service skills.
• Familiarity with inventory management and point-of-sale systems.
• Ability to work well under pressure and autonomously.
• Computer literacy in particular the MS Office suite.
• Great people and relationships building skills.
