The Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Retail Manager to lead our retail operations and drive the success of our General Store/Petrol Station. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in retail management, a strong understanding of customer service, and the ability to lead and inspire a team.
Some of your responsibilities include:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the store.
- Lead the small retail team.
- Manage inventory levels and merchandise displays.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data
- Maximize profitability through effective financial management.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Retail Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Highly developed guest service skills.
- Familiarity with inventory management and point-of-sale systems.
- Ability to work well under pressure and autonomously.
- Computer literacy in particular the MS Office suite.
- Great people and relationships building skills.
