The Role

Lake Argyle Resort is seeking a friendly, safety-focused Tour Guide / Bus Driver to join our team. This role is predominantly bus driving, with opportunities to deliver guided experiences that showcase the beauty and unique stories of the Lake Argyle region.

Duties

You will be an integral part of our daily operations, including:

  • Operating the resort bus for guest transfers to and from Kununurra
  • Driving and supporting guided tours around Lake Argyle
  • Providing professional, warm, and engaging guest service
  • Ensuring vehicle safety, cleanliness, and presentation at all times

Skills & Experience

  • Experience guiding walking, driving, and boat-based tours  
  • Enthusiasm for sharing stories about wildlife, history, and the environment  
  • Senior First Aid Certification 
  • Western Australian PTD (currently have or willing to obtain)
  • Western Australian HR License

This is a remote role, where you will be living and working at Lake Argyle. As such, please consider the reality of living in a remote location for an extended period of time. This role includes extensive manual handling tasks including lifting up to 20kg kneeling and squatting, as well as handling chemicals and utilising machinery
