The Role

This role is central to maintaining the high standards of Wilpena Pound Resort. You’ll ensure guest rooms and public spaces are clean, welcoming and ready for visitors, contributing directly to memorable guest experiences.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Cleaning guest rooms to resort standards
  • Maintaining public areas, amenities and shared spaces
  • Replenishing linen and supplies
  • Following safety and hygiene procedures
  • Working collaboratively with the housekeeping team

About You

You take pride in your work and enjoy hands-on tasks. Previous experience isn’t necessary — just a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

You will bring:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Reliability and a good work ethic
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical capability for cleaning duties
