About the Role

As the first point of contact for our guests, you’ll help create memorable experiences by sharing your knowledge of the region, providing outstanding customer service, and assisting visitors with information, bookings, and retail purchases.

What you’ll do:

• Welcome guests and provide information about the resort and local attractions
• Assist with tour and activity bookings
• Operate the retail outlet within the Visitor Centre, including sales and stock management
• Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure every guest leaves with a smile

About you

• Strong communication and people skills
• Previous customer service or retail experience
• A friendly, approachable personality with a genuine passion for tourism and hospitality
• Ability to work in a team and handle a variety of tasks
