Purchasing Officer- El Questro

The Role

The Purchasing Officer supports smooth operations across El Questro by managing ordering, supplier relationships and stock control across multiple departments and sites.

This role is ideal for someone highly organised, detail-focused and comfortable coordinating logistics in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage purchasing and ordering across departments
• Liaise with suppliers and contractors
• Monitor stock levels and delivery schedules
• Maintain accurate purchasing records
• Support cost control and procurement processes

About You

• Experience in purchasing, procurement or administration
• Strong organisation and communication skills
• Confident working with systems and spreadsheets
• Remote or hospitality experience highly regarded
