Step Into a Leadership Role in Scenic Renmark
We’re looking for a confident, hands-on Assistant Park Manager to join our newly acquired holiday park in Renmark — a picturesque riverside town in South Australia's Riverland region.
You’ll be supporting one of the largest and most well-equipped parks in our network — complete with a gym, waterpark, pool, kiosk, playground, outdoor movie theatre, and a mix of cabins and powered/unpowered campsites. Whether you're welcoming guests, leading the team, or helping manage logistics, no two days will be the same.

A Day in the Life
Your role will be broad, hands-on, and full of variety. Here's what you might be doing on any given day:
- Checking in guests and helping resolve booking or payment queries
- Inspecting facilities to ensure cleanliness, safety, and presentation
- Supporting the team with rostering, task delegation, and mentoring
- Leading daily operations to ensure systems are used effectively and processes are followed
- Oversight of the team to uphold service standards and role-model our service behaviors
- Assisting the Park Manager with financial reporting, cost control, and site targets
- Troubleshooting operational issues, managing inventory or ordering supplies
- Helping coordinate weekend activities or managing local promotions
- Taking after-hours calls on a rotating roster and supporting emergencies when needed
- Walking the grounds — making sure everything’s running smoothly and guests are happy
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in tourism, hospitality, accommodation or similar operational roles
- Strong leadership skills — even if you haven’t had a formal manager title yet
- A proven ability to effectively lead a team as well as communicate up
- A customer-first mindset and pride in delivering great guest experiences
- Comfort with booking systems (RMS preferred), email and Microsoft Office
- Problem-solving ability and confidence making day-to-day decisions
- Flexibility to work weekends and be part of the after-hours on-call roster
- A current driver’s licence and willingness to live on-site
