The Role

12 month fixed term contract.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Daily village operations including kitchen operation, grounds, maintenance and housekeeping
  • Pre and post-handover reviews with the Park Manager/s
  • Manage park team, including rostering and ad-hoc recruitment
  • Monitoring labour and park budgets
  • Office administration
  • Attending to after-hours call outs

What we look for

This Relief manager role is uniquely suitable for a flexible, mobile individual to complete relief assignments varying in duration and location.

Your experience will allow you to hit the ground running and seamlessly operate the property in the Managers absence. 

  • Experience in accommodation management - Work stay/village preferred
  • Mobility to travel (occasionally at short notice) to different locations, including remote areas
  • Flexibility to work at our properties for varying durations
  • Proven experience in managing, developing and training staff
  • Demonstrated experience managing budgets and financial reporting
  • Previous experience with RMS or similar system
  • Knowledge and understanding of WHS and responsibilities
  • Knowledge of HACCP and Food Safety desirable
  • Current manual driver’s license essential

This role may require heavy lifting (up to 20kg), kneeling, squatting, and working with chemicals and machinery.
