The Role
12 month fixed term contract.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Daily village operations including kitchen operation, grounds, maintenance and housekeeping
- Pre and post-handover reviews with the Park Manager/s
- Manage park team, including rostering and ad-hoc recruitment
- Monitoring labour and park budgets
- Office administration
- Attending to after-hours call outs
What we look for
This Relief manager role is uniquely suitable for a flexible, mobile individual to complete relief assignments varying in duration and location.
Your experience will allow you to hit the ground running and seamlessly operate the property in the Managers absence.
- Experience in accommodation management - Work stay/village preferred
- Mobility to travel (occasionally at short notice) to different locations, including remote areas
- Flexibility to work at our properties for varying durations
- Proven experience in managing, developing and training staff
- Demonstrated experience managing budgets and financial reporting
- Previous experience with RMS or similar system
- Knowledge and understanding of WHS and responsibilities
- Knowledge of HACCP and Food Safety desirable
- Current manual driver’s license essential
