The Role

We have a rare opportunity for an experienced and results driven sales professional to represent our Concrete business interests as an Account Manager.

This is a hands-on role working in conjunction with our operations team whilst managing current customers and searching for new opportunities to enhance our business in a highly competitive market.

If you are motivated, have a strong business acumen and can deliver results, then this opportunity is for you!

This is a full-time role primarily based in Thebarton, SA.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver client-focused solutions.
  • Drive new business opportunities through lead generation and market analysis.
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate with and influence key stakeholders at all organisational levels.
  • Effectively manage multiple account management activities at a time.
  • Excellent listening, influencing, negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to interpret technical specifications and understand logistics chain of responsibility.
  • Conduct regular market reviews to provide up to date competitor and market data.
  • Provide client and market led input into product strategies.
  • Solid commercial acumen.

What you will need to succeed

  • Demonstrated success in developing and effectively implementing sales solutions.
  • Confidence and self-motivation to achieve targets and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Experience in selling technical products and / or services.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to proactively engage with both corporate and site-based external stakeholders and clients.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise competing demands.
