Concrete Agitator Truck Driver

The Role

We’re on the lookout for a motivated Agitator Driver who’s keen to learn, get involved, and be part of a tight-knit operation servicing both local and remote communities.

What your day looks like

This is not just a driving job - it’s a true all-rounder role, Monday – Friday with 6am starts! Expect a mix of 50% driving and 50% yard work, keeping your day varied and active.

• Operate agitator trucks delivering concrete to local and remote sites
• Travel across regional and remote areas (sometimes up to 300km)
• Support yard operations including washing down trucks, basic maintenance and general labouring
• Assist across the site and quarry operations when required

To set you up for success, you’ll receive hands-on, buddy-based training with a structured ramp-up into the role, along with ongoing support and opportunities to gain additional tickets such as loader or forklift!

What we’re looking for

We’re open to training the right person - attitude matters more than experience. To be successful, you’ll have:

• HR Licence and a White Card (essential)
• A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Comfort working in outdoor and remote environments
• A proactive mindset - someone who looks for ways to help beyond just driving

Highly regarded (but not essential):

• Forklift or loader tickets
• Experience in construction, transport or concrete industries
